Why I am Building Capabilisense
All valuable ventures start with a problem that cannot be overlooked. In my case, Capabilisense is not a simple project or startup concept, but a reaction to a gap that I have witnessed so many times when it comes to the way people, businesses, and systems perceive and apply capabilities. The Issue I Couldn’t Overlook
We have never had as many tools, data and opportunities as we have today in our fast-moving world. But, something is off-individuals tend to be unaware of their own prowess and organizations are unable to match competencies with the appropriate opportunity.
I have witnessed great talents who were languishing in jobs that were not in line with their capabilities. I have witnessed companies spending so much on resources and not utilizing them in the best way possible. It is not necessarily that one cannot do it, it is that one is not as clear and insightful. And there the Capabilisense idea began to germinate.

The very name is purposeful. Capabili is the derivative of capabilities and sense is the awareness, intelligence and understanding. Capabilisense is roughly assisting individuals and groups to feel and make the best use of their abilities.
It is not merely about what skills one can identify but rather the potential, better decision-making, and growth unlocking in a smarter manner.
